Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential leads independently through networking.
∎ Creating new business opportunities for the company
∎ Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
∎ Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
∎ Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
∎ Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.
∎ Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
∎ Supervise and Manage Inbound customer care project with big team
∎ Ensure the team is working 100% efficiently and is reaching client-required SLA & QA rating
∎ Ensure the team attendance as required by the client.
∎ Communicate with clients and resolve all their needs
∎ Keep track of work efficiency metrics for all team members to find out the best performers, as well as those who are lagging
∎ Create and plan steps to ensure new recruits for new/existing projects
∎ Resolve any employee-related issues of the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in business development and/or operation management positions in any BPO/relevant industry.
∎ Candidates having working experience in a call center is highly preferable
∎ Communication skills: Must be fluent in speaking English
