🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Client Acquisition & Project Manager

We are a growing Video Editing Agency working with businesses, creators, personal brands, and agencies to deliver high-quality video editing services.

Our editing team is already in place. Now, we’re looking for a Client Acquisition & Project Manager who can help us bring in new clients, communicate with them professionally, and coordinate projects from onboarding to final delivery.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

Client Acquisition

• Find and research potential clients through different channels

• Generate leads through Cold Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

• Plan and execute email marketing/outreach campaigns

• Run and manage Meta Ads when required

• Build and maintain a consistent lead pipeline

• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying clients

Sales & Client Communication

• Communicate with potential and existing clients

• Understand their requirements, budget, and expectations

• Handle sales conversations and answer client questions

• Prepare proposals/quotes and negotiate when necessary

• Maintain strong long-term client relationships

Project Management

• Collect project requirements and references from clients

• Brief the video editors clearly

• Assign and track projects within the editing team

• Make sure deadlines are met

• Review project status and coordinate revisions

• Deliver completed projects to clients professionally

• Handle client feedback and ensure smooth communication between clients and editors

✅ Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Strong in English communication, written & spoken

• Comfortable talking to international clients

• Experienced in cold outreach/lead generation/sales

• Familiar with Email Marketing & Cold Email

• Familiar with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

• Good at follow-ups and relationship building

• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects

• Comfortable working with a remote creative team

• Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented

• Able to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous experience working with a Video Editing Agency / Creative Agency

• Experience getting clients from Upwork, LinkedIn, Instagram, Cold Email, or other outbound channels

• Experience with CRM tools

• Experience managing client projects

• Basic understanding of video editing/content creation

• Previous experience working with US/UK/Australian clients
