∎ Minimum Graduation Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct overall management of the Branch, ensure business development and initiate marketing efforts to achieve company objectives.
∎ Supervise/conduct day to day operations of the Branch.
∎ Create market and achieve monthly & yearly business target of the Branch.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the clients.
∎ Follow-up clients on a regular basis.
∎ Undertake additional task and responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ To comply with instructions from IDRA Regulatory Bodies
∎ Maintain record & register to ensure proper reporting to the top management.
∎ Maintain, update records keeping & data entry accurately on regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 years working experience in Non-Life Insurance Company.
∎ Proven working experience as Head of Branch in Non-Life Insurance Company.
