∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position shall be based in Plant, Chhatak and will report to Chief Executive Officer and administratively report to Industrial Director.
∎
∎ Responsibilities
∎ Plan, order and erect the aggregate crushing and screening unit in Chhatak while keeping the budget and the timelines of the investment plan.
∎ Ensure an accident-free erection in line with the safety standards of the group
∎ Coordinate and supervise that all required permits for its operation are obtained
∎ Build an aggregates production and sales team involving recruitment and training
∎ Conclude subcontracting and services level agreements for services that are outsource or shared with the cement OpCo.
∎ Commission and start the operation ensuring guaranteed performance parameters.
∎ Manage all operational and business risks around the investment be it related to permits, community relations avoiding road blocks, delays and elements threatening the expected financial returns
∎ Ensure a professional operation after start up to reach and exceed the targets in terms of reliability and throughput
∎ Promote and sell the aggregates produced based on usage value in the target segments.
∎ Prepare the next expansion step and actively contribute to the leadership of the country by establishing the aggregate business as a significant and sustainable source of profits.
