Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HRM/ LLB/ PGDHRM
∎ Only retired defense commissioned Officer may apply (rank equivalent Captain/ Major/ Lt. Colonel)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, Labor Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory HR & Admin activities
∎ Assist management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
∎ Have to ensure proper recruitment and other HR functions as per factory plan
∎ Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
∎ Have to ensure timely selection & placement
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have minimum 7 years experience in any large washing plant, RMG factory
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
