∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Assembly, Bicycle industry., Business Development, Merchandising, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bicycle, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the technological documents for bicycles and bicycles accessories.
∎ Check and comment on samples according to technical requirements.
∎ Check all raw materials and components scheduled in accordance with the development calendar.
∎ Form and supervise sample production schedule in accordance with the development calendar.
∎ Approval of pre-production sample (PPS) without critical and major defects.
∎ Review PPS sample manuals constantly according to the actual work and give updated suggestions for improvement.
∎ Daily control of production on the factory with the weekly report to the Moscow production team and SQE Manager.
∎ Perform production process evaluation on-site for strategy supplier during the earliest stage of Sportmaster production.
∎ Cooperate with the supplier to find corrective/preventive action by quality defects analysis, re-occurrence problems investigation, finally, on-site audit to ensure implementation Must prevent repeat defect next time.
∎ Establish effective communication between suppliers, the Moscow office, and OSO.
∎ Cooperate with departments in different offices and related production teams.
∎ Take responsibility for trip cost control, should arrange trips effectively to avoid unnecessary costs.
∎ A potential position for a future promotion is senior product development specialist.
∎ Other tasks arranged by the Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have good knowledge about the bike/Bicycle component market.
∎ Able to assemble and reassemble bike/Bicycle.
∎ Team Worker, Responsible, good logical thinking
∎ Aggressive, optimistic, Honest, open character
∎ Good negotiation skills and good communication skills.
