Responsibilities & Context
SkyZio Ltd is a new travel company in Dhaka offering Hajj, Umrah, medical tourism, business travel, tours and air tickets. We launch on 30 November 2026 and are looking for an experienced Hajj and Umrah professional to build and lead our pilgrimage operations from day one.
Responsibilities
Set up SkyZio's Umrah operations: packages, pricing, group departures and service standards
Build and manage relationships with Saudi Umrah service providers, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and transport companies
Process Umrah visas through Nusuk and record hotel contracts on Nusuk Masar
Arrange group air seats together with the ticketing team
Prepare SkyZio for Hajj: Ministry of Religious Affairs requirements, e-Hajj registration and guide arrangements
Write SOPs for pilgrims' documents, pre-departure training, on-trip support and emergencies
Train and lead coordinators, guides and group leaders; brief sales and marketing on every package
Handle pilgrims' questions and complaints, and travel with groups when needed
Lead day-to-day operations until a General Manager joins
Requirements
At least 3-4 years of Hajj and Umrah operations in a licensed Bangladeshi agency
Hands-on experience with Nusuk, Nusuk Masar and e-Hajj
Working contacts with Saudi service providers and hotels in Makkah and Madinah
Sound knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals and of Ministry of Religious Affairs rules
Good Bangla and English; spoken Arabic is a strong plus
Comfortable with computers, email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp
Willing to travel to Saudi Arabia
