∎ Graduation (Educational qualification can be relaxed in case of high experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct service appointments with members which includes body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, proper form of exercises etc.
∎ Develop individualized exercise programs consistent with members' personal fitness and exercise goals.
∎ Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
∎ Continually monitor clients' progress and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises to minimize injury and improve fitness.
∎ Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines.
∎ Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill.
∎ Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
∎ Ensure facility cleanliness and tidiness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart & well mannered
∎ Fluent in Bengali & English
∎ Good communication skill
