Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation in any discipline (within Commerce) from local / foreign institutes)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct the Companies within the Group in line with the Objective, Mission and Vision outlined for the Group / Companies within the Group;
∎ Leading the business heads of the Group, while being responsible for end-to-end Management of business including business growth, profitability, marketing, and brand management and business planning;
∎ Initiate strategic business plan to promote revenue, and ensure cost effective management of resources;
∎ Align Strategic Business Plan, Operational Plan with Financial Plan of the Group;
∎ Ensure execution of business plan in every business unit and align marketing, operating & sourcing plan to meet operational plan;
∎ Ensure smooth operation in all factories as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and quality product delivery on time to uphold the company reputation in the market;
∎ Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Business Segments /Factory Operations;
∎ Evaluating the work of different business /department / unit leaders within the organization;
∎ Maintain liaison with Stakeholders, Government, Regulatory Body and Corporate agencies as per business requirements;
∎ Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place;
∎ Create an environment that promotes great performance with positive morale towards Great Place to Work (GPTW).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 20 years experiences of which 5-7 years’ experience in strategic business leadership position in growth-oriented large group of Companies / MNC.
∎ Analytical and strategic Management skill to plan, organize, execute and report out ideas & results;
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ Ability to build a strong Management Team.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization
