∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to work with Group GM.
∎ Have to assist Group GM
∎ Look after security systems and increase its effectiveness.
∎ Look after transportation system and reduce the cost.
∎ Monitoring housekeeping and cleanliness with introducing 5s.
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law.
∎ Maintain and ensure all factories follow the buyer Code Of Conduct.
∎ Make factory always ready for auditor and several third party.
∎ Maintain and Update company policy and Code of Conduct .
∎ Dealing with foreign delegates for their Product and compliance concerns
∎ Maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, BGMEA, Labour ministry, to get the update on time and ensure all the factory gets updated information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain HRIS
∎ Able to work on MS Office Packages.

Salary: Negotiable
