Paper & Pixel Marketing Agency is looking for a creative, experienced, and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our remote team.
🔹 Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote / Work From Home)
Salary: 25,000 BDT per month
Salary Review: Performance-based salary increase every 3 months
Location: Open to any country (We are posting on BDJobs & LinkedIn)
🔹 Responsibilities:
Design high-quality social media posts
Create engaging ad creatives
Edit promotional and marketing videos
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign strategies
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design & video editing work
Skilled in industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
Understanding of marketing-focused design (not just aesthetic design)
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
Must have a stable internet connection
Must have a personal workstation/laptop suitable for professional work
