Responsibilities & Context
Create 2D floor plans, interior layouts, and space planning concepts.
Develop 3D interior and architectural visualizations for commercial projects.
Prepare interior design concepts for clinics, cafés, restaurants, offices, and other business spaces.
Produce realistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
Assist in selecting furniture, lighting, colors, materials, and decorative elements.
Design professional presentations, mood boards, concept boards, and project proposals.
Create branding materials, promotional graphics, brochures, and social media content.
Prepare visual concepts to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and management.
Edit images and produce high-quality project presentation materials.
Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, sections, and design drawings as required.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers.
Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
