∎ Proven experience preferably in Medical/pharmaceutical industry/Healthcare administration.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have strong communication skill to build partnerships with healthcare personnel (GP, Diabetes specialist & Maternal Health Specialist) and medical entities.
∎ Develop and execute strategic mapping to strengthen service.
∎ Build and training teams for running healthcare service providing operations.
∎ Strong knowledge on different healthcare regulations, policy and guidelines.
∎ Lead projects and different initiatives to enrich service offerings.
∎ Solid understanding of the healthcare industry of Bangladesh and liaison with different doctors’ community.
∎ Able to develop different SOP and SLAs for medical service offerings
