Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong communication skill to liaise with GP/Diabetes/Maternity Health Consultants to provide service to the clients.
∎ Follow SOP and SLAs for seamless service operations.
∎ Raise flag for anomaly in operations and carry out execution plan within guided timeframe.
∎ Strong understanding of the healthcare industry of Bangladesh and doctor’s community.
