Radiant Feed Company is a leading and rapidly growing enterprise in the animal feed manufacturing industry. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented leader to head our Marketing division and drive strategic growth across national markets.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to achieve company target growth in the feed sector.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to meet organizational sales goals.
Conduct market research, evaluate demand trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and dealers across target regions.
Oversee trade promotional campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and market expansion activities.
