Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly qualified Supply Chain Specialist of Multi National Corporation to join our team. Who will be responsible for the company`s supply of Materials, equipment, products and services, and manage vendors. His job will help us increase efficiency, reduce costs and help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible. In this role, he should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. with bellow criteria:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
∎ Determine key supply chain KPIs.
∎ Suggest solutions for process improvements.
∎ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
∎ Train and evaluate others
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ To work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
∎ To ensure that suitable management information systems and associated procedures such as financial, business and operational information are set up, maintained properly to support management decision making and formulation of business strategies.
∎ Monitor & focus upcoming levels of demand, determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
∎ Prepare the statistical procurement report in different way in daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Seek & partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
∎ Perform cost and scenario analysis and bench marking.
∎ To maintain excellent liaison with other department for conclude smooth work.
∎ To assess, manage & mitigate risk, craft negotiation strategies, close deal with optimal term & ability to gather and analysis data and work with figure.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, supply market analysis & networking.
∎ Strong leadership capabilities, multilingual capabilities, solid judgment with ability to make good decision.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office, E-Mail operation.
Salary: Negotiable
