Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public University.
∎ B.Sc engineer with BUET background will be given highest priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Designing, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Garments, Group of Companies, Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after the project work progress and report periodically.
∎ To ensure project development as per planning.
∎ To ensure project standard as per planning.
∎ To ensure proper collection and proper distribution of all materials as per BOQ.
∎ To maintain stock record of all materials.
∎ To ensure construction safety within the project work.
∎ To assist project management team in decision making process in regards to project development.
∎ To ensure accommodation of all national and international codes and conducts and all rules - regulations related to structural safety, MEP safety, environmental precautions, fire and safety, chemical safety etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be master on auto cad drawing and other related software.
∎ Need to prepare designs and drawings as required.
∎ Need to stay at project site beyond fixed time.
∎ Should have experience on factory construction
Salary: Negotiable
