Job Responsibilities:
∎ DESCO / DPDC / PDB / REB- Retired GM/ DGM Persons Acceptable .
∎ Managing and leading a department of engineers across electrical, instrumentation & automation verticals for different manufacturing units.
∎ Achieve maximum availability and reliability of electrical equipment and installations in the plant.
∎ Monitor performance of all electrical maintenance personnel.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
∎ Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
∎ Manage major corrective maintenance actions, critical spare parts plant annual shutdown programs.
∎ Review and institute operational policies, systems to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness to achieve operational excellence.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Manage, coach and develop a high a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
∎ Evaluate processes & departments strategic plans & take corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Monitor & provide support and guidance to the operational activities of the electrical department, reviewing systems and processes to accommodate the demanding operational environment.
∎ Evaluate and approve contract variation and time extension claims and approve capital & maintenance works contract.
∎ Engineering, Design and Project Execution for instrumentation, DCS,PLC,SCADA and other automation project.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
