Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Business Planning, Business Strategy, Land Acquisition, Land issue handling, Land Management, Land Procurement, Operational Management, Selling Apartments and Commercial Space
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for running the overall operations of the company with special emphasis on land and apartment sales.
∎ The post is result oriented challenging and meant for the profit of the company.
∎ Achieve business target as set by the management time to time.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
∎ Lead and motivate Sales teams for achieving the desired result.
∎ Procure land and develop for plot sale.
∎ Handle land related issues (including disputes) of the company.
∎ Responsible to give motivation and educate subordinates by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
∎ To submit various report to Management.

∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
