Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be MBA (HR) / Master of HRM / Master of Social Science with or without Diploma in HRM with

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor HR activities (maintaining employee register, payroll management, recruitment & selection, contract negotiations etc.) in operational as well as project units;
∎ Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies;
∎ Handle all HR-related statutory and legal compliances;
∎ Oversee the design and development of uniform bands across the organization and bring all job roles into a cohesive & productive structure;
∎ Develop Job Descriptions for all unique roles of the organization;
∎ Establish fair, transparent and effective performance appraisal management;
∎ Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition;
∎ Evaluate company culture and provide recommendation on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives;
∎ Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs, including provident fund, gratuity etc.
∎ Ensure implementation of individual development plans and company-wide training/development calendar.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 10 years of experience in a Mid/Senior-level human resources position
∎ Experience in developing Job Descriptions
∎ Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications
