Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Project Management Skill is must.
∎ PMP Certified candidates will get advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, MS Project, Project Management, Real Estate Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement effective project plan and ensure satisfactory project progress.
∎ Preparing Work Schedule using MS Project software or if any.
∎ Ensure all works of projects are running as per program in conformity with Working Drawings.
∎ Estimate Project Budget and calculate actual costing in terms of Design and Drawing.
∎ Maintain close communication with Clients regularly to update the progress of the projects.
∎ Analyze BOQ and submit materials indent properly, check quality of all materials regularly.
∎ Co-ordinate concrete casting program with Ready mix plant, Supply Chain, QC and project personnel.
∎ Arrange all quality control process as per company policy.
∎ Arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify issues hampering project progress and take remedial measures to improve the project progress and work quality.
∎ Get preliminary estimates prepared by Project In-Charge, certify project material requisitions and send materials to sites.
∎ Ensure all safety measures are followed at site by the contractor and his people.
∎ Certify all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Ensure all excess utility connections are officially disconnected, all utility meters are safe and secured, security post are constructed, site offices are established with proper facilities, labor shed is constructed with required facilities, overall safety and security of site operations.
∎ Provide technical support to the subordinates for all jobs involved in the projects.
∎ Train the project team on quality control, progress monitoring and operational discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Evaluate project staffs and contractors from time to time and report to the appropriate company authority about them.
∎ Arrange regular meeting with project personnel about site safety & housekeeping.
∎ Communicate quickly with Superior in the event of any emergency situation.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with Supply chain management, Customer Care Dept. and Others.
∎ Prepare detail project finishing program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 32 to 42 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Construction Management Skill is required
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) in Civil Construction with at least 04 to 06 years in a similar position serving for a reputed real estate development company. Candidate having hands on experience of working in the construction of 20 to 30 storied residential and commercial projects with 2 to 3 basement floors for any reputed real estate builder will get preference.
∎ Have proven track record of independently managing construction works of high rise residential and commercial projects with 2 to 3 basement with sound understanding of required foundation works for such projects.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Conversant in operating MS Project, AutoCAD, familiarity with using customized Real Estate ERP system will be a plus.
∎ Should have strong leadership & team building capabilities.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get preference.
