Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all commercial issues of the company
∎ Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
∎ Troubleshooting in operation at the different stage like Banks, NBR, BGMEA, BKMEA, Customs Stations, Local and Revenuer Audit Directorate, Bangladesh Bank, EPB, VAT, Commissionerate, Bond Commissionerate, Board of Investment, DOT, DEDO, CCI and E
∎ Must be well conversant in scrutinizing the Export/Import L/C terms & conditions
∎ Assessing risks and making recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
∎ To deal with transport, C &F, Courier and other parties
∎ Coaching employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling all issues related to the commercial department
∎ Advising the procurement department in procuring the dutiable items with the possible ways to get the best benefit of SRO

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be held at the highest level of integrity, look for continuous improvement, independent in his area of work, aware of up-to-date terms of his/her own profession.
∎ Familiar and fluent in using ERP Software & Microsoft Office applications.
