Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Reputed University / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Reputed University. Strong English communication, Computer and interpersonal skills.

Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Leading, Monitoring, follow-up of day-to-day total Custom Clearing & Forwarding Air & Sea activities and Development, Regular liaison and advising for all sorts of C&F activities. Planning, controlling & monitoring as well as any other office activities assigned by the company authority.
∎ Job Location: DHAKA CORPORATE OFFCICE.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing all aspects of the Customs Clearing & Forwarding: carry out customs entry and perform good customer service.
∎ Should have Excellent knowledge and expertise in Customs Clearing & Forwarding, Port Clearance, export and import clearance procedure at Chittagong port and custom, Dhaka airport & Beanpole port especially for garments & commercial items.
∎ Maintenance of customs clearance process & trucking in time to achieve the growth of the company.
∎ Must have knowledge about the rules & regulations of Chattogram port and Bangladesh Customs.
∎ Supervise, Monitor & follow up all official activities related to Customs.
∎ Adequate Knowledge about C&F Agent license Rules & Regulation, CTG Sea Port, Customs, Shipping, Customs Duty Assessment, Bill of Entry, SRO, HS Code, Customs act, Import/Export Policy, Export/Import Documentation, Duty Bond, Risk Bond, In-bond and Ex-bond.
∎ Maintaining proper skilled communication between importer/exporter & operation department.
∎ Daily follow up by mobile, e-mail and frequent reporting to Management.
∎ Provide required daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting to company Management.
∎ Effective correspondence with S/Line/ Carrier, Forwarder/ Co-loader, Customs high officials.
∎ Continue correspondence with Branch Offices through phone, mobile and E-mail communication.
∎ Honesty and sincerity are an essential requirement.

∎ Minimum 10 Years practical experience in C & F, Garments commercial and import - export related large group of company. Project handling practical experience will be treated as an additional qualification.
