Job Context:
∎ The Candidates who have experience in Fabric Dyeing Mills will be given preference.
∎ Job Location :Near Zeerani Bazar (BKSP)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to be efficient to lead multifunctional teams in the factory.
∎ Planning, organizing and implementing all admin related issues systematically and smoothly.
∎ Should have strong dynamic leadership to administer a workforce effectively.
∎ Must have strong sense of responsibility to accomplish all admin related tasks.
∎ Managing administrative works concerning various personnel including labors, officers, managers and above designated personnel.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability and in-depth knowledge to go through any problem related to human behavior, culture, falsify or any other admin related issue and to solve immediately.
∎ Proficient in communicating all level of employees as well as with the management.
∎ Capable in preparing documents, writing reports, communicating with local and international clients and auditors.
∎ To be responsible in ensuring safety, security & protocol related activities, its properties, personnel and control pilferage and wastage of all nature in co-ordination with the concerned departments head and update the top management without any delay.
∎ Presiding over meetings, sharing ideas and views and ensuring participatory management.
∎ Should have strong negotiation skills in company's administrative issues with Govt. offices, local bodies and any other important parties.
∎ Managing works related to logistics support to various departments.
∎ Must have the capability to build an excellent communication rhythm with the Operation, Production & Quality team to increase maximum efficiency.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 56 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good personality and leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Capable to produce different types of report both in Bengali and English.
