Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical, Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Looking for General Surgeon with interest in Breast surgery
∎ Full time job is the preference. But senior surgeons, would like to work as contractual basis are also welcome.
∎ You will be given induction/ top up training and exposure to perform Breast surgery on your own as per UK standard and protocols/ guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To see patients, do clinical examination and arrange breast Mammogram, Ultrasound scan and send to online portal to get decision from UK colleague and then perform Core biopsy, FNAC or Punch biopsy for diagnostic procedure.
∎ Take clinical decision whenever necessary.
∎ Perform Breast surgery- initially minor, intermediate cases.
∎ Maintain continuity of clinical care, maintain own log book. Working attitude should be patient focused, will be a good, core Multidisciplinary team member with Radiologist, Oncologist and Pathologist.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexibility, good time management, caring.
