Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Beauty salon, Customer Service, Hotel Management

Job Context:
∎ Having minimum 10-12 years of operational and administrative experience in a reputable organization preferably in beauty industry/service oriented organization.
∎ Possess good interpersonal and management skill.
∎ Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
∎ Pleasing Personality.
∎ Should be result-oriented.
∎ Should have strong decision-making ability.
∎ Possess strong supervisory skill.
∎ This is a senior management post and preference will be given to experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise floor managers, executives and staff of the branch.
∎ Maintain strong brand image to the clients by assuring timely and quality service.
∎ Drive the growth and productivity of the center.
∎ Monitoring the roster of executives and staff.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of administrative issues and company directives.
∎ Coordinate all branches.
