Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor Engineering in Textile Technology / Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for 10 TO 15 % Marketing,
∎ Production, Quality and Delivery of Washing.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser accordingly booking washing Dry & wet capacity plan.
∎ Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
∎ Production follow up with washing Plant as per target. Also on the spot decision making
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly achieve company goals.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Production Management (Washing), wash Chemical.
Salary: Negotiable
