Job Context:
∎ The role of this position requires to lead and develop overall activities as Head of Utility. He has to take proper and timely decisions by providing various analytical Utility reports, collected for respective Business Concern. The reports and initiative will help the top management to achieve the divisional goals and objectives.
∎ DBL Group is looking for probable and admirable candidate for the position of GM, Utility for a 100% export oriented Modern Spinning Industry at DBL industrial Park in SYLHET who has proven successful track experience as a head of Utility dept and capable to administration and upkeep of the factory`s all kind of electrical equipment`s, machineries, buildings and utilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure/Capable to Erection and commissioning work of modern Spinning Machineries (Blow room to Link coner) Say Blow room, Card C-80, Draw frame, Lap former & Comber, Reiter, Simplex FL-200 (Auto doffing), Ring Spinning RX-300, Japan with Link coner (Murata-Japan), Rotor spinning R-37, Reiter, BTS etc.
∎ Manage Erection and commissioning work of air compressor, Diesel & Gas Generator, water pump, workshop, steam boiler, VA & VC Chiller, Industrial HVAC system, Domestic AC (VRF), CT & WTP, Indoor/outdoor sub-station (33/11KVA), BBT & all others electrical & mechanical equipment's and accessories.
∎ Handle 30MW sub-station included Captive power plant, REB power and renewable Energy.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of the plant machineries and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Ensure cost effective Overhauled Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance of the plant Spinning & Utility Machineries.
∎ Control NPT (Non-Productive Time) of the plant Machineries at a minimum level.
∎ Review deficiencies during different types of maintenance.
∎ Keep update of maintenance documents for different compliance audit & Buyers.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts in time raising indent and securing.
∎ Prepare & analyze requirements monthly/yearly (local/ foreign) budget & gap the conduit to manage safety inventory for the department.
∎ Communicate & coordinate with external service provider, machine supplier, Jalalabad Gas, REB/PDB authority, city corporation authority if required.
∎ Capable to repair/Modify the Plant machineries Electronics equipment's say inverter, electronic control module, PCB, Power supply etc. and also capable to uphold Electronics Lab.
∎ Prepare inventory report of spare parts with proper documentation for on time material availability during maintenance work and ensure the filing of maintenance record.
∎ Supervision and implement the electrical connection of MDB, DB, SDB & building wiring as per drawing.
∎ Prepare plan & Design for developing, monitoring and executing a solar system.
∎ Identify and solve machineries problem and update machine status regularly.
∎ Train & mentor, the subordinates to enhance their skills & performance.
∎ Monitor and control utility consumption of Steam, Gas, Electricity, Air, Water & Diesel to meet the yearly consumption target and cost effective.
∎ Perform any others task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 54 years
∎ Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable and flexible environment;
∎ Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented;
∎ Hands on experience in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Industrial & Production Engineering, Risk Assessment, Solar system, Utility Management. Textile, and Manufacturing.
∎ Sound knowledge in design drawing by auto CAD software and also Microsoft office.
∎ Proven experience in technical management of electrical, utility and energy works.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in planning, organizing, managing and coordinating complex work projects and programmed.
∎ Sound knowledge of regulatory norms and provisions in the field of power Generation and distribution.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office as well as familiar to use ERP like Oracle;
∎ Job Location : Sreehatto, Moulavibazar, Sylhet
