Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategic Office Oversight Develop and implement office management policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead and manage administrative and office staff; provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Budget & Resource Management: Oversee office budgets, including supplies, equipment, and services; negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
∎ Facilities & Space Planning Manage office layout, space allocation, and maintenance; coordinate office moves and workplace safety.
∎ Administrative Operations Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including document management, reception, mail distribution, and office security.
∎ Executive Support Provide high-level support to executive leadership, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination (if applicable).
∎ Compliance & Policy Enforcement Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
∎ Technology & Systems Coordination Collaborate with IT to ensure the proper functioning of office systems, communication tools, and infrastructure.
∎ Vendor & Stakeholder Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for external service providers, building management, and internal departments.
∎ Culture & Engagement Support company culture initiatives by organizing office events, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities.
