Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main responsibility of this position is ensuring proper storage of materials. Also to take care of materials quality, inventory management, materials wastage control, materials supervision to deliver all materials as per requisition of different department of organisations;
∎ Manage and maintain GRN;
∎ Maintain entry to the software/maintain soft copy as well as a hard copy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition;
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition;
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment;
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement;
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices;
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
∎ Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Practical work experience in relevant field preferably in store management or warehouse operations;
∎ The ideal candidate should have 10 (ten) years of practical experience;
∎ Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities;
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems.
∎ Duty day/night/on call duty
