∎ Position summary:
∎ The General Manager is overall responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of the company under the direct supervision of the Board. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous corporate management experience and a proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership.
∎ We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced leader to join our company to manage our company`s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
∎ The entrepreneurial spirit and vision of the General Manager in directing business functions will assist our company in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
∎ The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The General Manager should be responsible for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive business and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization`s image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors
∎ Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
∎ Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings
∎ Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return
∎ Work closely with Human Resources regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement
∎ Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Required Qualification and Competencies:
∎ 7-10 years of corporate managerial experience
∎ Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting software
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
∎ Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
∎ Background of the Managing Director:
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing similar sized companies
∎ Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the target market
∎ Target driven and results focused individual
