Job Context:
∎ SHARIF Housing Company Limited, a sister concern of SHARIF MELAMINE, is inviting application for the following post:
∎ Should be responsible for overall operation of a Housing company and a children park located at Keranigonj, Dhaka. Ensure safe and efficient operations on regulatory issues, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand the business, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company`s policies and applicable laws.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the business unit.
∎ Work with Managing Director and other heads to influence the creation and communications of company's strategy.
∎ Should be responsible to maintain liaison with govt. offices like RAJUK, City Corporation, local offices etc.
∎ Developing, Enhancing the implementation of comprehensive sales strategies and promotional activities for housing project to create new market and achieve targeted sales.
∎ Look after all sorts of activities of newly established children park.
∎ Campaign planning, follow up, monitoring and execution of marketing and pro motion of children park.
∎ Generate and formulate new business idea in project premises.
∎ Ensure the creation and implementation of strategy design to grow the business. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to
∎ organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Any other assigned task given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be a retired army officer (Major Or above) with 3-5 years experience in real estate and children park.
