Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing daily business operations. Developing and implementing growth strategies.
∎ Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.
∎ Improving revenue.
∎ Hiring employees.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Analyzing accounting and financial data.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Generating reports and giving presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree).
∎ Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.
∎ A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
∎ The ability to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Good people-management skills.
∎ Experience living abroad is advantageous.
∎ Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
∎ English, French and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
