Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a Experienced General Manager who will be able to deal with the oversees employers, update work with local sub-agents, co-ordinate & do all flight deals for manpower export, and do related work smoothly.
∎ Able to contact and deal with the ministry & BMET
∎ Maintaining all steps oversees recruiting process and Correspondence
∎ Gather update labor law & Recruiting process and Share with sub-agents.
∎ Organizing Meeting and Managing Sub-agents.
∎ Preparing letters. Presentations and Reports.
∎ Arrange orientation
∎ Supervising and Monitoring all recruiting Steps
∎ Should have good communication skills ( written & verbal )

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 Years of Experience in Manpower Recruitment System and Relevant field.
∎ Must have 5 years at work experience in manpower exporting company
∎ Should be comfortable working in long hours
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have Positive mental Attitude
∎ Expert in IT and Computer operation.
∎ Any other duties and responsibility as set by the company.
