Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to conceptualise franchisee model for pharmacy.
∎ Ability to lead and consolidate revenue in existing pharmacy in our setups.
∎ To increase and capture prescriptions written by our in-house doctors.
∎ To mentor & monitor pharmacy staffs.
∎ To manage & enhance Labaid Pharmacy around equally.
∎ To coordinate with pharma communities for venous marketing campaign.
∎ To meet & exceed monthly revenue output.
∎ To will be responsible for profit & loss of pharmacy business verticals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 15-year(s) years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical products.
∎ Ability to manage large groups.
∎ Well organized
∎ Computer Literacy (Mandatory)
