∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
∎ Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients while fostering long-term business relationships.
∎ Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

∎ Job Overview: The General Manager (Operations/Business Developments) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of company’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire Suppression, Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC, Lifts systems. The primary focus will be on estimating, quoting, securing projects, maintaining customer relationships and managing the operations team.
