∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with BMET to make sure activities remain compliant and follow all the rules and regulation of BMET, BAIRA, BOESL and working Embassies.
∎ Ensures the effective operation and development of the recruitment activities, contributes to the overall effectiveness of Human Resources Management and services
∎ Conduct the manpower planning for overseas recruitment
∎ Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions, business strategies and responsible for overall organizational goals.
∎ Highly Maintain positive rapport/relationship with the embassy and with foreign recruiting Company.
∎ Applicant responsible for getting demand drafts from foreign company
∎ Ensure the selection of right candidates with right attitude, quality, and suites to the mission, vision, and culture of the Firm by conducting the first level interview
∎ Builds a quality relationship with the internal stake holders and external recruiting agencies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have vast knowledge to operate a recruiting agency independently.
∎ Excellent communication skills both English and Bangla
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
