Job Responsibilities:
∎ The detailed job responsibilities will be given after job appointment. But briefly, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
∎ Setting strategic business goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.
∎ Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.
∎ Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers.
∎ Reporting to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of business performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives.
∎ Provide advice, guidance, and direction to the Management to carry out new and existing projects
∎ Able to work closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our organizational goals. They will identify market opportunities, evaluate sales trends, and design strategies to maximize revenue growth.
∎ Will actively explore and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances, to expand our customer base and market presence.
∎ Make sound and solid planning and follow-up total ongoing activities to ensure optimum resource utilization.
∎ Meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently to enhance sales.
∎ Ensure the working progress as per schedule, problem-solving, weekly/monthly meetings with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Management.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Developments.
∎ Candidates should be very presentable, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic.
∎ Should have excellent negotiation skills and be very vocal.
∎ He should have good presentation skills and be fluent in spoken both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy is crucial.
