∎ B. Sc. Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) from a reputed public university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
power plant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will report to his next superior. (Executive Director/CEO)
∎ Responsible for coordination and/or performing all plant maintenance & operation performed in the plant.
∎ Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all plant equipment as required supporting plant operation.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, procedure and checklist to be followed by his subordinate.
∎ The person should also have experience in substation, switchgear and LV system maintenance.
∎ Capability to operate and maintain the Power Plant in a manner to achieve the monthly Plant Factor and Availability of the Plant as per the Power Purchase Agreement(PPA).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have at least 5 years experience as a plant head.
∎ Candidates having a proven track record of operation and maintenance of power plant with initiative and drive would be preferred.
∎ Must have good computer knowledge.
