∎ 15 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects and initiatives.

∎ Ability to drive results, manage change, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage and develop any new venture/ existing projects of the Group.
∎ Administer a large and diverse and professional team of project planning & implementation, design and development (Architect) and construction of the Group.
∎ Assess the current and future requirement of the CAPEX for the Group.
∎ Ensure strategic inputs from the management regarding development of CAPEX plan in line with growth ambition.
∎ Prepare CAPEX budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support investment decisions and resource allocations.
∎ Provide direction & guidance to the team to deliver multiple Projects in a Safe, Reliable and Efficient manner.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks or resource constraints, and implement corrective actions to ensure project delivery according to plan.
∎ Develop project execution plans & schedules in detail and ensure right project governance.
∎ Ensure project reviews are carried out periodically against set milestones and deliverables.
∎ Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on the project progress.
∎ Review risks associated with project execution and take proactive measures to mitigate risks. Maintain risk log, issue log and other project documents.
∎ Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure project success.
∎ Contribute to improving preventive and scheduled maintenance of operational plants to ensure all plants are fit for efficient and reliable operations, review execution of plans.
∎ Develop project briefs based on verbal or written inputs from the board and other key stakeholders, and work with the team members to develop detailed project plans, work schedules, and execution targets / timelines.
∎ Maintain project issue log through day to day online/physical monitoring, recording, identifying and handle incidents that may interrupt functionality of running projects, identity risks to project execution and proactively manage risks.
∎ Identify & execute cost savings initiatives through exploration and introduction of new method / modifications / technologies and best practices.
∎ Ensure adherence to ERP and monitor daily inputs on the technical side, in consultation with the Project & Plant Heads.
∎ Actively engage with Government offices and Local regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
∎ Work closely together with operations and other key internal and external stakeholders regarding Technical Functions to ensure situations, needs and requirements are clear to everyone involved and expectations are carefully managed.
