∎ Degree in Business Management or a Masters in Business Administration, ICMA or CA completed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing daily business operations
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements (monthly accounts, day to day transactions, payable and receivables, bank reconciliation, banking, cash, asset, inventory, Tax and VAT and Audit)
∎ Developing and implementing growth strategies.
∎ Training low-level managers and staff.
∎ Creating and managing budgets.
∎ Analysing accounting and financial data.
∎ Improving revenue.
∎ Hiring employees.
∎ Evaluating performance and productivity.
∎ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
∎ Generating reports and giving presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A strong Accounts knowledge and 8 years work experience is a MUST.
∎ Good knowledge of different business functions.
∎ Strong leadership qualities.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Highly organized.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Proactive nature.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
