∎ Bachelor's/A Level.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experience candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit and maintain a quality stable staff to meet the level of acuity of the hospital census.
∎ Coordinate scheduling and staff assignments to ensure that sufficient but not excessive staff is available to meet the needs of the patients in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Ensure that the staff receives sufficient in-service education, training and development to meet their needs for self-development and maintain NABH/JCIA certifications.
∎ Develop, implement and administer staff policies and procedures to ensure staff has appropriate guidelines that meet the various regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervise staff activities and regulatory requirements.
∎ Coordinate and conduct all training activities (Housekeeping, Food service, Infection Control & prevention procedures & Security, Transport).
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work Exposure in International shall be preferred.
∎ Work experience of minimum 15 years in related discipline
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is MUST.
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems.
