Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Able to prepare production plans on regular basis and ensure optimum productivity of all products.
∎ · Maintains compliance with the company policies, safety standards and housekeeping practices and confers with subordinate managers in the establishment of standards working schedules.
∎ · Ensures that liaison between Sales team/Production & Quality are optimized in the best interest of the company and entire satisfaction of the customer.
∎ · Execute the plans and reach the production target as per requirement.
∎ · Able to prepare and coordinate with various departments to ensure that the production related raw material and other accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ · Monitor the overall Geo-textile, PP (Polypropylene) and PS (Polyester Staple) fiber production
∎ · Monitor the regular inventory counts and reconcile with inventory and production system. Keeps assigned work area clean, neat, organized, and free from safety hazards.
∎ · Inventory management.
∎ · Growth and customer satisfaction.
∎ · The incumbent is expected to create and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the engineering and manufacturing teams.
∎ · Lead all factory staffs to ensure targeted production. In addition, responsible for mitigating manufacturing risks and running production in most efficient manner.
∎ · Must be able to multitask effectively, handle demanding schedules and effectively deal with co-workers.
∎ · Any other assign as per management requirements
