Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all commercial activities.
∎ Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and discipline of all staffs.
∎ Ensure proper floor coverage throughout the day.
∎ Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly target.
∎ Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the showroom across all of the departments.
∎ Track all scheduled vehicle deliveries and ensure they happen on time.
∎ Verify that all pre-delivery processess (insurance, registration, paperwork, cleaning etc) are completed before handover.
∎ Assist management with other assigned commercial tasks.
∎
