∎ MBA, BBA in Business or relevant field in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To observe and check sales activities and link up them in between.
∎ Prepare and update of all compliance related documents/registers as
∎ per requirement.
∎ Ensure sales as per business plan.
∎ Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations
∎ Design strategy and set goals for growth
∎ Set policies and processes
∎ Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
∎ Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
∎ Direct the employee assessment process
∎ Prepare regular reports for upper management
∎ Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
∎ Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
∎ Experience in planning and budgeting
∎ Knowledge of business process and functions ( Accounts finance,
∎ HR, procurement, operations etc.)
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Excellent communication skill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10 years worked in a reputed food grade company .
∎ Knowledge of management skill, Accounts & finance leading.
∎ Manufacturing &Trading e.g, Rice, Edible Rice Bran Oil and others Food item.
∎ Good leadership quality with strong market knowledge of food products and rice bran oil.
∎ Problem solving skill, strong analytical & quantitative skills.
∎ To observe and check sales activities and link up them in between.
∎ Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
∎ Experience in planning and budgeting.
∎ Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.
