Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Turn millions of anonymous EMR into actionable insights;
∎ Design and implement a web-based, on demand healthcare platform business;
∎ Implement the required, robust, scalable backend systems;
∎ Recruit and develop a competent cross-functional team to operationalize the new business vertical;
∎ Design reports with feedback from Management;
∎ Work closely with Marketing/Product teams to achieve set targets/KPIs;
∎ Constantly update & develop the healthcare processes toward optimum outcome for the patients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 15 years' experience in developing, building & managing businesses for leading Health/IT sector.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to have strong analytical & strategic planning ability.
∎ A team player with extraordinary Leadership skills.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
