∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering from reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, coordinate and manage activities of interior finishes works of all the projects.
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate client and management team.
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
∎ Extensive knowledge of quality and quantity control.
∎ Experience on execution of construction and interior finishing works.
∎ Coordinate and negotiate engineering issues with various departments/consultants / contractors.
∎ Preparing master work program, monthly work program, progress report, work volume on the basis of work program, material delivery schedule etc.
∎ To review progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staff for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
∎ Communication and coordination with higher authority, consultant & other agencies, engineers, utility companies, architects and other party consultants to achieve company goals.
∎ Identify and estimate resources and manpower needed to achieve project goals and recommend subsequent changes where necessary.
∎ Leading & developments of good team members by motivate, coach, mentor, support and supervise to take positive action, high productivity and accountability for their assigned work.
∎ Worked as Head of the Projects Operations team to complete oversight for successful of assigned projects to meet corporate goals for safety, quality, budget, & schedule in accordance with project terms & conditions.
∎ Involvement with multiple consultants & contractors for bringing about optimum utilization of resources-labor, materials, plant/equipment & ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
∎ Responsible to complete Project works within the Schedule time.
∎ Project-wise monitoring of profit, loss and expenses of the company.
∎ Must know proper method of selecting experienced vendors of relevant works.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the Management.

∎ The applicants must have experience on Interior Finishing Works.
