Responsibilities & Context:
আমাদের হোটেলের সার্বিক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা, ব্যবসায়িক প্রবৃদ্ধি এবং সেবার মান উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে একজন দক্ষ, অভিজ্ঞ ও দায়িত্বশীল জেনারেল ম্যানেজার নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা:
হোটেল পরিচালনায় কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
হোটেলের Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservation ও Guest Service পরিচালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
কর্মীদের পরিচালনা, তদারকি ও শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি, খরচ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও লাভজনকতা নিশ্চিত করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
অতিথিদের অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি ও উন্নত সেবার মান বজায় রাখতে হবে।
সততা, নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলি ও জবাবদিহিমূলক মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
