Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for General Manager - Hospital Based for Impulse Hospital with at least 3-5 years proven experiences in Hospital.
∎ As a General Manager - Hospital: Responsibility as following as under you
∎ Create and promote a diverse workforce and a positive environment that supports consistency throughout the organization's operations.
∎ Support and motivate the staff; facilitate cross-department collaboration and strengthen internal communications with staff throughout the organization.
∎ Oversee the administration and management of Impulse Hospital to meet the mission of the organization to increase the number of insured residents, improve health care quality, and support healthcare reform in Connecticut.
∎ Establish and direct the organization's annual strategic agenda.
∎ Provide organizational leadership and guide senior managers responsible for departmental activities toward attainment of strategic goals and objectives.
∎ Responsible for delivering the best quality of patient care.
∎ Leadership while creating a positive and productive culture.
∎ Setting the following standards for operational excellence.
∎ Implement clinical procedures and policies.
∎ Safeguard required compliance with State, Federal, and Customer Management System (CMS) regulations as well as hospital policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) with experience in Hospital management from good Hospital (Not Clinic).
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
