Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
∎ Have to handle and Execute the Indoor and Outdoor operation
∎ Have to handle all doctor, Lab, Sample Collection, Billing Counter, PRO, X-Ray, Ultra, Endoscopy, ECG section.
∎ Have to handle the Marketing Team with close monitoring (Indoor and Outdoor)
∎ Maintain and monitor the Office Management/Administration, General Accounts, Internal and external affairs.
∎ Prepare Appropriate Planning and Execute for Business development
∎ Strongly Execute the Management/Company policy to achieve organizational goal
∎ Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
∎ Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
∎ Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
∎ Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
∎ Support worker communication with the management team.
∎ Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
∎ Prepare requirement wise reports and present to Top Management/Higher Management.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
